Isha Wright
Isha Wright is a seasoned humanitarian professional with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in providing critical assistance to communities in need. She currently serves as Team Lead and Humanitarian Affairs Officer at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in South Sudan.
Ms. Wright previously held leadership roles at the United Nations World Food Program, including Head of Field Offices in Abyei and Mingkaman. Her extensive career includes work with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan, UNAIDS, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and numerous advocacy and justice organizations. She holds an M.A. in Coexistence and Conflict from Brandeis University, an M.A. in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University, and a Diploma in Transitional Justice Systems from the University of Cape Town.
