Angelique Dioguardi

Mrs. Angelique Dioguardi is Kele Global program Advisor and also serves as our board member focusing on programming and fundraising. Prior to joining Kele Global, Mrs. Diougardi was a Program Director for the Water Trust for almost 6 years in Kampala, Uganda. She has also worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for GOAL Ireland in Kassala State, Sudan and as Grants Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee in Khartoum, Sudan. Her extensive experience also includes being an independent consultant for writing and conducting research in Kenya. Ms. Dioguardi has lived in New York, Washington, D.C., U.S.A, Ethiopia, Uganda, Sudan, and Japan.

She has a Master in Environmental Development from SOAS University of London. She also has a postgraduate diploma in International Public Health from the University of Liverpool, UK.
