Summary:
The Kele Global Football Tournament was a community-based sports event aimed at promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy competition among local youth. It provided an opportunity for Children to come together and showcase their football skills in a friendly environment.
Our Saturday Football program at Ambrosoli provided training to children aged 6 & and years old where some of the money received supported our coaches, volunteers, and staff of Kele Global and the project in general.
Objectives:
- Encourage participation in sports and physical activity.
Outputs / Successes of the event:
- Increased participation in physical activities among locals.
- Enhanced sense of unity and cooperation among the participants.
- Improved football skills and teamwork demonstrated during matches.
- Positive feedback from parents and community members about the event’s impact.
